Meet Julian
For more than 20 years, Williamson County has been my home and the community my family has been proud of. After serving our country as an Air Force officer and building a career as a small business owner and leader in the corporate and technology sectors, I'm running for State Representative to continue that lifetime of service. I believe effective leadership begins with listening and representing everyone in our community. I'm ready to bring practical, accountable to the State House and focus on strong public schools, responsible growth and infrastructure, safe communities, and a government that listens to the people it serves.

Education is Key – Keep Public Dollars in Public Schools
Big changes are happening in Tennessee’s education landscape. The state’s new voucher program — Education Freedom Scholarships — allows families to use about $7,300 in public education funds for private school costs or other approved learning expenses.
District 65 is home to some of the strongest public schools in Tennessee, so understanding how universal vouchers work is important for families, educators, and taxpayers alike.
Staying informed helps us make thoughtful decisions about the future of education in our community.

Strong infrastructure strengthens families.
When we invest in better roads, we give people the chance to spend more time at home — not stuck in traffic.
Less time commuting means more time with loved ones, more time supporting local businesses, and more time contributing to the community we all share.

Affordable Housing for All
A community is strongest when the people who serve it can also call it home.
Affordable housing helps our teachers, first responders, and veterans live in the neighborhoods they support every day.
They shouldn’t have to spend hours on the road to reach the classrooms, fire stations, hospitals, and service centers that depend on them. Keeping these essential workers close keeps our community connected.

Responsible Gun Ownership
The Second Amendment protects the right to own firearms, and I fully support that right. At the same time, every gun owner should have mandatory training, education, and a clear understanding of the legal and personal consequences of using a firearm.
Experience doesn’t replace responsibility. Training keeps everyone safer.
